Callie moves to Fairwick to take up a teaching position at the college. From her first night in the town, strange things start happening. She has dreams of a lover that are so realistic that she wakes up sore in the morning. Her colleagues seem to be equally strange, talking about friendships with people who are long dead. It increasing appears that Callie isn't quite normal herself....

I really enjoyed this book! It reminded me more of a Charles de Lint novel than a paranormal romance. I highly recommend it and wiil be chasing down other books by this author.
