This book connects Buddhist principles with health and well-being in the Western World. I connect with it because I am a counselor and would love to practice the mind/body mindfulness approach with my clients (in an ideal world!) It basically says look inside yourself for healing, strength, love and compassion. I would highly recommend it!!!
