I know this is supposed to be ground-breaking literary drama and all that, but ho-hum. This play is nihilism taken to the extreme. The playwright believes there is no G-d and no meaning to life, so he wrote a play with no action. Even the dialogue is minimalist. I read it because it was assigned to me in college, and perhaps having done so makes me more "educated" and "well-rounded," but it's just a bunch of hooey to me.
