Read from February 03 to 10, 2012

Confusing, raw, and emotional, this not a book for young children. The author does, however, capture the feel of a blackout. The reader is right there, trying to reconstruct the last twenty-four hours. The heroine, Nan, wakes up in a subway car wearing clothes she doesn’t recognize and not knowing how she got there. The beginning is slow and confusing, but the reader who trudges forward will be rewarded with a revealing look at the emotions and problems of teens.
