So, this is one of those books that I will never forget. It was creepy and disturbing, mostly because you know it could really happen. There really are creepers in reality like the creeper in the book that was going after Sam and Lloyd. This book was also one of the most suspenseful books I have ever read. I was genuinely afraid for the safety of the two boys the entire time I was reading this.
Let me just say, Sam is one awesome, smart, and tough little guy...and then Lloyd, poor Lloyd.
I think my favorite thing about this book was that even though almost the entire novel was filled with the horror and terror that the two boys have to experience, in the end there is still hope and you are left with that happy note of 'things can get better'.
I recommend this book to anyone who wants a quick and very creepy read. Just be advised that there is definitely some sensitive subject matter dealt with in this novel.
