This book was the cornerstone to the beginning of my serious practice of yoga. I practiced for years before I even took a yoga class. Now I study and practice Ashtanga, but would like to get certified as a teacher through Iyengar's teacher training because he is so focused on proper form and utilization of the right muscles.
