This was my required textbook reading for New Testament II (Acts through Revelation). The authors do a fantastic job dealing with the introductory matters (authorship, date, provenance, etc.), then going through each book section-by-section, and finally pulling out the theological implications of each book and its overall contribution to the canon. While all viewpoints are presented on controversial issues, the authors hold to a definitely conservative stance on most issues. For an introduction to the NT texts, this is a very informative, and at times, devotional work. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
