What a hardcore, non-stop action book!!!
Please do a reread in case you can't remember what had happened before.
Hank was taken away back to Fiallan, Charlie has to save Hank and bring him back.
Death wants her and she has to fight him before he destroys her.
A murder to solve.
Well basically, business as usual for Charlie Madigan.
This book is brutal.
What Hank had to go through, what had happened to Charlie and Sandra the oracle.
The villains are horrible and I wished a more painful death on them.
I liked how the romance was played out. It is like...(view spoiler)
I'm glad the rescue for Hank was not dragged as it would have killed me there.
I liked how real Charlie is, being rash, being emotional, being protective and badass!!
And the chance she is willing to take with (view spoiler)
There are still some loose threads here and there and I hope there will be more installment to come.
