What can I say it's a sherrylin Kenyon book....so it was excellent! It was on the long side like Acheron but I sure didn't mind! it reminded me a bit of that book because main male character was torchered from birth by his family, by falling in love and betrayal, and trying to fight falling again. Full of emotional agony, action, and steamy love scenes, with a noble hero and a strong willed female lead, it kept me engrossed. Oh and all the other chracters from previous books in the series kept me reminiscing about her other great league stories
