liked it
bookshelves: fantastical
Read from March 06 to 12, 2012

On one level, I loved the writing here and was willing to fall into this strange world--half archaic, half futuristic. I liked that not everything was explained, but I really wanted to know more about the harni or chimera (are they AI? Clones?) and the world the story is set in. Nekropolis felt incomplete, and I think part of the problem was how many different points of view we get in such a short novel.
