She lives on strength alone the iron fist pumping adrenaline through her veins how is she to live on crumbs? This novel pulls at your chest. It leaves you in apprehension. Anxious thoughts? Depressed is not the word that fits its more like a subtle understanding. Cassie helped her fit (into clothes, someplace) but even having an amazing friend didn't stop her spiral. 37, calls. She imploded the saddest form of destruction really. Read this for book club but mainly just read this for me. If you can't see the emotions going on inside these characters then that is your issue. Authors develop characters for the purpose of someone searching to understand them. ^.^ Gah, I am so not a know it all though. In fact I find it hard to look at my life and say I'll never wind up in those shoes. I may.
