really liked it
bookshelves: genealogical-fiction

As a family historian I loved reading about the methods used by the civilian expert hired by the police to assist with solving the crime. I enjoyed reading about the familiar records sets and repositories, and the familiar research methodologies. The story itself was well thought out, even more enjoyable for the fact that the author is a writer of reference genealogical aids himself, so obviously knows his stuff!
