David Bach's "Finish Rich" and "Automatic Millionaire" series are easy to read, simple concepts like "chicken soup for soul". I got some copies from "Great American Homeowner challenge" campaign with Wells Fargo. Published at the peak or just tipped off market in 2005, this book encourage people who are afraid to dive, and also suggest long-term vision to those who hyped up for real estate investment.
