really liked it
Read in January, 2012

After nearly a month in our vacation condo (5 jigsaw puzzles and 4 books completed, and miles walked) and having given my Kindle away to my sister's granddaughter, I'm reading books left here in the condo. Hence, a few hours of easy detective reading with James Patterson. I think this is my first James Patterson book and my conclusion is that I'd read another--if I could borrow it from a friend or pick it up at a rummage or library sale.

Here's a section I bookmarked:
"Why is it, he laughed cynically, we are so quick to rail against the moral outrage of apartheid when it threatens our racial sensibilities, but are so asleep to recognize it when it is economic. It is because we do not see it through the eyes of the subjugated. We see it through the culture of the powerful. The corporations. On TV." Yes, I agree with the evil domestic terrorist.

Jane I have read a number of the women's murder club series and enjoyed them. For a short time there was a TV show as well.
