Both an eye-opening expose of a relatively little-regulated industry around the globe, and the story of the olive tree's culinary importance in human history, Extra Virginity has definitely made me a smarter consumer.

Rebecca So far, this book is reminding me of the disgust I felt when I read last summer about the honey on grocery store shelves in the U.S. not actually being honey.

Monkey I am too scared too look in my olive oil cabinet alone now.
