I have to admit that this is better than the first book Simply Unforgettable. I think the main reason for this is that the two people in question seem like they are getting to know one another more than previous characters. I also appreciate that they aren’t both “beautiful perfect people”. Sydnam is missing his right eye and arm had had scars on the right side of his face and body. In the story, they say that many are frightened or flinch when they first meet him. It is sad but it makes things more interesting.

Again a little more back and forth travel than I think is necessary but it was a lot better than the first book. I mean I will say that the story is interesting but it isn’t the best story in the world. It is rather lowly in my opinion. This is a book you could totally leave.
