    <body><![CDATA[So far, so good...after plowing through a difficult &quot;Buddha book&quot; read, this is a refreshing change for my morning meditative fare. I already know a lot of the stuff being discussed, but it's not the kind of stuff for which knowing equals necessarily doing, and having it framed in a modern context and story helps it have that much more relevance and resonance for me.
