Another fast paced installment in the Percy Jackson saga. These books are to reading what Doritos are to eating. Satisfying, colorful, and fun to consume even if they're a little lacking in nutritional value.

I wouldn't recommend a steady diet of these treats but they are a great way to spend some time and enjoy one's self. While I've resolved to make my next book somewhat more challenging, I'm still on the lookout for a cheap copy of the next installment in this series.

Quotes Stephen Liked

Rick Riordan
“Annabeth:My fatal flaw. That's what the Sirens showed me. My fatal flaw is hubris.
Percy: the brown stuff they spread on veggie sandwiches?
Annabeth:No, Seaweed Brain. That's HUMMUS. hubris is worse.
Percy: what could be worse than hummus?
Annabeth: Hubris means deadly pride, Percy. Thinking you can do things better than anyone else... Even the gods.”
