This book was okay, but is definitely one case where the movie is better than the book. The book makes it's point within the introduction and first chapter and then spends the next 200 pages restating it in only slightly different way. Check out the documentary Forks Over Knives which features the research of Dr. Campbell in a much more entertaining and accessible way. And if you haven't the time for either it basically boils down to - eat more fruits and vegetables, eat much less meat (or none at all).
