really liked it

Well, this is the best of the bunch of notable books of 2011. King is an excellent writer and even though at the end of 850 pages I felt a bit disappointed, I think this is a v. good novel. I admit I skipped a lot of the stuff about the JFK murder, because there were no revelations, and I knew he still had to be killed, for the world to be as it is, and couldn't care less about the conspiracy issues. But all the other time travel stuff, all the bits about high-school teaching and reaching your students, the love story, were great.
