This is a book I rate highly and recommend every one reads. The books takes me from Cubbon Park in Bangalore to government wards in Mumbai and prostitutes of Karanataka and Sonagachi. As the title 'Journeys in the Night' explains it covers a gamut of sex workers who are most susceptible to the malaise of AIDS. This book is an anthology of stories revolving around AIDS and HIV. Whilst it had grim stories, it also had inspiring ones like that of Dr. Tokugha.
