The premise of this book was interesting. It had a lot of potential and in some ways, it lived up to it. I loved Doug and thoroughly enjoyed his character. I liked the interaction between Zoey and him. Their chemistry was obvious and they worked well together. Zoey herself though wasn't as well fleshed out as I would have liked. At times I really liked her character and other times I just didn't 'get' her. The biggest issue in the book for me was her relationship with Brandon. Her insistence that they were together didn't make sense in the least to me, even with her amnesia. I can see a teenage girl losing her virginity and thinking she was with the guy the next day but a week without him saying a word to her and she was still so sure that they were in a committed relationship? It just didn't make sense to me. Over all it was a good book, a decent read but definitely not of the same caliber as Going Too Far
