Cathy I had my 19 year old son read this book to me. I wanted to get a different feel of the book. I found my self wanting to take notes. I read to my students all day long. I often wondered how they seem to stay so engaged while I'm reading. There are always a few students whom extension spand seems to disappear after page two but others are all mesmorized by the words that come out of my mouth and excitng, interesting, and vibrant, realistic, I read age appropriate books and I read with expression when needed. Those attributes were not prevelant with my son. The story was not interesting to me but I still got the message.

In this tale the two lil pigs (boys) were tricked by the fox. The fox took them both to his den and locked them up. Their sister (Baby Hamlet)set out to find her brothers. She tricked fox with food just like he tricked her brothers. She escaped fox and built herself a house out of rocks. When fox returned she tricked him again stating that she heard fox huning dogs in the wind. Fox was so afraind he let Baby Hamlet hide him in a churn after he revealed where he hid her brothers. Well baby Hamlet locked him in this chrurn, sent him down the river and retrieved her brothers.
