I happened on this book while searching for something else. It's the first in a 14-book series of mysteries featuring Scotland Yard detective Duncan Kincaid and his sidekick Gemma James. I found it delightful, even if formulaic. Reminds me of Agatha Christie in that it takes place in an English country manor (now turned into a time share), a murder takes place early in the book and there are a number of people gathered together for a week in the country . . . . any one of whom could have committed the murder. It was a short, easy listen and I was delighted that the ending wasn't predictable. I would say this is light entertainment and I'll try another book or two in the series.
