I rather enjoyed this novella. I liked seeing the events that occurred after Mab's death. Really loved the multiple points of view as well. I wonder if this storyline will pick up in book 7 since in book 6, Gin and crew will be out of town. I don't know if I want to believe that Jonah Mcallister was behind those two attacks, though it would make sense if the plan really was to expose her to everyone. This novella has me wanting to know more about Phillip Kincaid and Owen's past relationship with him. I wonder if that's going to come back to bite Owen in the ass and cause problems in Gin's relationship with him. I so want to know what went down between them. Plus, there's Kincaid's enemy and whoever the mystery chick at the funeral was. So much to learn. Mab may be dead, but Gin still has a lot of trouble ahead of her. Can't wait for her to kick more ass and take names. I wonder how she'll handle running into Donovan Caine again...
