Recognized the author's name because it had been mentioned in Alexander McCall Smith's Scotland Street series and thought I'd try it out. Very interesting read with lots of suspense, twist and turns. I'll be searching for another one to listen to while working out. If there's another with the same main character, all the better. He's the kind of principled nerd I can identify with :)

Listened to audiobook Nov 2014, remembered the characters but not the story to well. Peter Forbes is an excellent narrator and it's almost a disappointment to read print of foreign writers since the narrator's accent help the story, I find.

Why Ian Rankin books haven't been made movies still baffles me. They would be excellent if faithful to the books.
