really liked it
bookshelves: psychology, self-help

This is very easy to understand pop psychology. The chapters seemed a little disjointed at times as I was reading them, but the concluding chapter did a good job of pulling together the main themes and "take-aways" for the book. The central theme of each chapter was illustrated using an individual who served as an example--my favorite chapters in this regard were those dealing with Henry Morton Stanley and Eric Clapton.
