Great recipes, if you love Asian food. Note for those with food sensitivities: there is a LOT of sesame, quite a bit of coconut, and a lot of nama shoyu- all to be expected, of course, in an Asian (un)cookbook. I think the coconut and the shoyu can be avoided or substituted, but I'm not sure there is a good substitute for sesame. I'm going to try a few recipes and will let you know if I have any brilliant substitutions :)
