Sterlingcindysu lent me this ARC. As a consultant, a former employer once told me that all we have to sell is "trust". I learned he was right. Now, this book slices and dices the concept of trust, what it means, how it works and how it doesn't work, what are benefits, the limits and threats (i.e., the issue of security). Lots of tidbits of psych and other research takes you deeper into an issue you thought you understood, but really didn't. The book is methodical and a bit dry, but not overly technical and certainly a worthwhile read for the general reader.
