Whilst the titular story was enjoyable it was very short and very basic. It did feel like it was aimed at children, which I wouldn't have guessed from the cover. I think Charlotte Sometimes, which I read as a child, was a much better time leaping story, aimed at children, but more complicated than this.

This was my first experience of Japanese authors, so this may be a favoured style, but not really my cup of tea.

The second story was even more simple - if that was at all possible.
