On the night of his billionaire father’s wedding Thomas finds himself introduced to a new mystical drug which begins the process of him being taken over by a monster.

I admit it. I like adaptations of classic novels. Recently, there have been a slew of adaptations of Victorian romance so I appreciated this take on the Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic. I felt the authors were able to follow the general story while updating the story for a modern teen audience. It was a fun, quick read.
