The idea that geeks will thrive later in life is not a new concept. Children (and lets face it, adults) who really don't fit in have better understanding of the world. They have to work harder. And their ideas are not always so popular, they march to their own drum. But they are the ones who are thinking outside the box so to speak. I really liked the layout of this book, it followed several teenagers lives and really got into what others think about them... but also how they view themselves. I think this book should definitely be read by any parents and anyone who works with children of any age.
