This one was a cute concept. I enjoyed the story of Chloe learning to find something other than vintage shoes that she's good at - in particular since she seems to sort of pale in comparison to her uber talented family. I also particualrly like dths toryline involving her aging grandmother who is confronted with an increasing inability to survive on her own.
As with many characters who are selfish and self-involved, it was a little hard to connect with Chloe. Oftentimes she embraced and jumped into her new situations with a little too much verve - but I suppose her personality was that of an adaptor/make the best of it ype. The romance didn't really work for me either - it didn't feel as organic or as natural as it could have.
Overall, a quick, light read.
