Trudi I tried to warn you...just remember, I tried to warn you.

I tried to warn him too, Trudi :) I always warn people about this set--my other stuff, people are on their own. Here: they stand warned, haha.

Did you? Hmm. Either I can't remember, or Pablo's warnings downed yours out.

Ali I'm intrigued. I have no idea what you're warning him about, but the fact that you feel the need to warn him at all about anything makes me curious. Perhaps this will be my smaller book of the day along with the anthology I'm reading now? I've never seen D'Stair do horror, and I'm interested to see how it turns out.

Jacob I just read the first novella, and it's mostly body horror, madness, filth. Similar to the Baker's Daughter stories, but a bit too visceral for my tastes. Not quite sure what to think just yet.

Jacob ...except now I'm producing excess saliva and I'm kinda creeped out...

Ali Yeah, I'm reading this thing.

Haha--you know, someone wrote me a letter once (after reading The People Who Use Room Five) relating a story of how they literally demanded a room change at a hotel based on a detail of the story. I'll add your excess saliva creep-out-edness to my collection of responses, haha. Embrace the "you don't know what you think of it" mate, if you do a write up, I expect honesty! As you can well imagine, with this set I've heard it all and I relish in it all.
