Way fun; some new ways of looking at old findings about children and child rearing.
Reviewing research on eating, sleeping and obesity (it is not the TV watching and food commercials that make you fat, it is perhaps the trend toward TV watching making you sleep deprived that makes you fat) and on children telling lies (they all do; yours is not a sociopath) and other fun issues make for delightful reading.
I liked the section on identifying gifted children, with a mention of how over-confident parents only ask to have their kids be tested so the tester can be appropriately impressed.
Each chapter can be read as a stand-alone, so you can read any section that seems pertinent to you at the time.
