This book got a lot of hype in the beginning of the year, but I feel like I must be the only one still slogging through. It's a good book, don't get me wrong! But apparently even one change a week is too much for me. When I can't stick with the change, I do the week over. And over. And over. I started this at the beginning of the year with everyone else, but I'm still only on week 12.

The ideas presented are good, commonsense ideas to improve your health, both physical and mental. And each one is a small, manageable change. The problem is, once you get a few weeks into the program you're juggling a lot of small, manageable changes and you're bound to drop one.

I'm still going to carry on, but I just wanted to review the thing already so it would stop popping up at me when browsing my TBR list.
