really liked it
bookshelves: books-on-writing, nonfiction
I own a copy

Nancy had a lot of good things to say. A lot of it seemed a little obvious to me, but perhaps that's because I've read a bunch of these kind of books. In general she seems to know what she's talking about. This would be great for beginning authors.

Aaron I've always been curious to whom you've gone to learn structure because your novels have been very well structured and your chapters have been very well plotted.

Hamster Oh, go on.

No, seriously, you're doing wonders for my self-esteem.
The best book I think would be Story by Robert McKee. Check it out.

Hamster I especially liked when you said, "your novels" because it made me feel like a real live author. Speaking of which, don't you have a couple chapters to critique?

Aaron Yes, sir. I'll get back to the mines, sir.

Yeah, sorry, I'll probably get those to you tomorrow what with it being a holiday and all.
