Alsy In typical Murakami fashion, the author makes the narrator and the reader question the possibility of a dual world, where dreams blur and merge with the real world, or what we think is the real world? Characters are compelling and mysterious enough, especially Miu... but I never seem to find any of his endings satisfactory. I am left feeling unfulfilled, kind of like when one wakes up from the middle of a dream, and perhaps that's Murakami's intention. We, as readers get a glimpse into his dream and it's best to leave it at that.
