An enjoyable quick fantasy romance of two reunited lovers. Dr Elizabeth DeMarco is captured by a secret all female tribe deep in the Amazon jungle. The magical tribal women can harness the energy from the jungle, and have healing powers modern civilization would kill for. After two years in captivity working as a doctor and scientist with the tribe, her former love Logan Spenser is delivered to the tribe nearly dead. Elizabeth and Logan work to survive and escape, and possibly provide the world with a solution for curing cancer.

I downloaded this as an audiobook, and enjoyed the narration too. It was a light PNR kind of read, good to kill time while driving and shopping. There was a good steamy scene as well. It reminded me of a Harlequin Blaze but at a novella length. Enjoy.
