really liked it

This book was on so many "Must Read" lists, that I felt inclined to do so. I loved the world-building and how freely details flowed without going overboard. It wasn't the greatest book evah, like so many had led me to believe, but I did enjoy it. The pace moved along very well, from about page 10 on, so I never got board or tired of reading it. The end was a big surprise, and I never saw it coming... that counts for a lot in a book like this! I never saw many things in the book coming, actually... not with Al, not with the ending, not with how Four got his name. On those fronts, great job, Veronica! That's quite a feat!

I'm currently, happily moving on to book 2 now. I hope it's as fun and as wild a ride as Divergent was!
