It took me a few pages to get out of the mindset of reading a fiction story and into the mindset of reading something that is a true story, but when I did I flew through the story. I needed motivation to jump start my weight loss journey, and Jennifer Hudson did with flying colors. The majority of this book is about her weight loss journey and how she changed her ways. I thought it would be more about her personal life; in a way it is, but still much of the book is about Weight Watchers and the new program. By reading this book, the new program finally clicked in my head. I guess I really truely didn't really understand what the prorgram was about, but when Jennifery Hudson put it straight forward. Also, there are a lot of weight watchers recipes I can't wait to try.
