I've always made my one baby food for my kids so steaming and pureeing vegetables is second nature. As a toddler, my oldest son is now starting to be a little more picky about what he eats. He was always a great eater so this was a surprise to me. I've tried a few of these recipes out and they've been really good so far. Not only has my two year old cleaned his plate and asked for more, my husband and I have also enjoyed the food. If I can make a meal a little healthier with a little extra effort, it's worth it to me. I also loved that there was detailed instructions for cooking and pureeing different fruits and vegetables (good to have that in one place), tips for meal times, and most of all almost every recipe had an accompanying picture. My only wish is that each recipe had nutrition information.
