In the Land of Winter In the Land of Winter

** spoiler alert ** I re-read this one every year, too. I'm not sure what it is that attracts me to this book. I am attached to the characters, that's for sure. (Why are there so few books written about devoted mothers?) But I think it's the ultimate "fairy tale" way the author ends the book. It leaves me with a nice feeling inside.
