(Not exactly a review)
Like so many books from this editorial (Bruguera) and it's filial (Ceres), the author name is a pseudonym for a Spanish writer (in this case Jorge Gubern), which was paid a pittance, forced to sign under it instead of his own, and sign a non-disclosure agreement to keep the ruse. The book pretends to be a translation from the American English version (non-existent). These books where often written in a matter of weeks or days, using formulaic fill-in scripts, or where the work of amateurs, which where happy to see their word in print and where paid a token amount. This resulted in a large collection of forgettable pulps, and a few surprisingly good ones like this one, which was reissued as hardback with dust jacket.
