A Duty to the Dead
I thought this book was good, but not great. It was very hard to follow, and it was confusing me. This book was a little graphic for my taste, and I didn't enjoy the mention of all these dead bodies. The plot line was interesting and capturing, but not outstanding enough to make me not want to ever put the book down. It wasn't really a one of a kind book, because there are many books about WWI an the time around it. This book didn't do enough to catch my attention and pull me in. This book is good for someone who enjoys old-fashioned historical mystery books.
I wouldn't recommend this book to other children my age because, for me at least, it was very boring and not about a topic I would like to read about. I probably will not read the rest of the series because the first book didnt do much to pull me in and make me want to read it.
