This book gets 2 stars instead of 1 for two reasons: (1) I actually finished it without chunking my iPad across the room, and (2) there is an extensive list of good resources in the back of the book. As for the book's substance, I was not sympathetic toward the author even the tiniest bit. I'm not sure exactly what I expected from the book, but what I got was a whiny, entitled, lady who spent just over a year in prison exercising, cooking food in a microwave, and responding to people who expressed disbelief that someone who looked like she does could actually wind up in prison. Unimpressed.
