I recommend reading this book several months post partum because you will relate to it much more then. She really hits on feelings and topics that affect most new mothers and manages to make you feel both comforted and inspired. Mixing Zen philosophies with ever day situations, she empowers you to be the best mama you can be- flaws and all.
