really liked it

It's an odd book, and maybe a genius one. Ben's confusion and lack of direction result in roundabout and repetitive dialogue, and the banalness of his parents' world results in empty conversations. I always thought in the movie that Mrs. Robinson was jealous of Elaine. WAS I EVER WRONG.

anyway, Ben's frustration with no one letting him talk is super well done. I felt like I was going to have an anxiety attack the whole time.
