Read from January 08 to February 20, 2012

This wonderful book had me laughing aloud, and occasionally touched me to the quick. More a collection of vignettes than a story, it describes the relationship between a little girl and her grandmother, living in their summer house on an island. Nothing happens - at the same time, everything happens. This is a book in the vein of 'Pilgrim at Tinker Creek.' Highly recommended.
