This was a wonderful book. It's composed of suspense, action, and the supernatural. Fell's Church, Virginia, is a hot spot for supernatural power. Many powerful ley lines are found in that town, thus attracting many supernatural beings. In this installment the town attracts supernatural creatures that wreak havoc on the town, trying to destroy the area and the people in it. The main characters as usual are caught up in a whirlwind, action-packed, suspenseful chase trying to stop the perpetrators behind the attacks on the town. These perpetrators bring with them malach which are evil parasites, creatures, that can kill and possess a person. Malach are plants but look like insects that can be no bigger than a pinhead or big enough to swallow your arm. Malach attach to your nerves and attach to your nervous system. And take you over from inside. The ending, the climax, was amazing. I won't give it away, but you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this series. One of the vampires disappears because of a trap and the rest of the central characters try to find him/her. Loving it xoxo
